Directions for Change is a management consultancy that works closely with individual clients, organisations and groups to enhance their effectiveness: personally, professionally and organisationally.

With more than 15 years experience, Principal Dianne van Meegen is respected as a leader in her field and for her strengths as a facilitator of strategic discussions across a range of issues—from organisational positioning and strategy, building leadership capability and executive group effectiveness to facilitating high level and challenging discussions and forums. She supports and challenges people, groups and organisations to explore, learn, develop, improve, grow, resolve, decide and move forward.

Di has access to a wide range of highly skilled and talented associates across all areas of management consulting and in fields such as training, quality assurance, project management, psychology, accounting and law. She is well positioned to advise and broker access to a wide range of capabilities for clients.

As a facilitator, Di works with the private, government and community sectors supporting CEOs, executives and executive groups in building senior team and board effectiveness; cross agency and inter agency collaboration, including whole of government approaches, stakeholder consultations, decision making, relationship building, and management and leadership development.

Her work with individuals, undertaken through her coaching, is focused on a wide range of personal effectiveness techniques and capabilities, including leadership effectiveness, building emotional intelligence, presence, resilience, confidence and developing facilitation, presentation and representational skills. She has a strong interest in supporting people in their career and life decisions and achieves results through highly tailored approaches and strong partnerships with her clients, taking full advantage of their skills, capacities and talents.
